Regular inspections
The regular inspections we perform on your property, along with related services, help reduce or even prevent potential damage.
We offer inspection services in monthly packages.
Packages - Monthly Flat Rates:
Property inspection: 1x per month € 69,-
Property inspection: 2x per month € 119,-
Property inspection: 4x per month € 179,-
Travel costs are included in the prices up to 25 km from Muro. Beyond that, we charge € 1,00 per km.
Please feel free to contact us if you require other intervals or additional tasks for the patrol.
The services included in the packages are:
- Emptying the mailbox and, upon request, opening, scanning, and forwarding mail to the client
- Checking the general condition of the garden (larger properties are not included in the package)
- Visual inspection of the pool
- Checking windows and doors for signs of forced entry
- Ventilating the property
- Watering indoor plants and potted plants on the terrace directly adjacent to the house
- Checking the plumbing and briefly running the water
- Checking the functionality of all building systems (lights, electric gates, air conditioning, refrigerator, kitchen appliances, televisions, router, etc.)
- Checking oil and water levels
- Visual inspection for damp walls and mold
- Sending a report to the client after each property inspection and, if necessary, discussing possible solutions to any problems.
Interior and exterior cleaning:
We offer our cleaning service for apartments and houses up to 250 m² of living space, provided you rent the property to tourists or wish to schedule a cleaning appointment at short notice. For larger properties, we accept individual requests.
If the property is for private use and the cleaning schedule is flexible, our maximum living space requirement does not apply.
You decide what cleaning tasks are performed, when, and how often.
We charge an hourly rate or we can offer you a fixed quote after inspecting the property.
What is included in standard cleaning?
It includes all essential cleaning tasks to keep your rooms clean and well-maintained. This includes, among other things:
- Bathroom: Cleaning of sinks, bathtubs, toilets, and mirrors; mopping; emptying the trash; removing cobwebs; door and surface cleaning.
- Kitchen: Vacuuming; mopping; cleaning the sink; cleaning appliances and the outside of kitchen cabinets; removing cobwebs; door cleaning and wiping down the dining table.
- Living areas: Vacuuming; mopping; dusting surfaces; door cleaning; removing cobwebs; tidying rooms; and emptying trash cans.
- Stairwells: Removing cobwebs; vacuuming; cleaning banisters; and mopping the stairs.
Prices / Standard Cleaning
- € 26,00 per person / hour
- We charge a flat rate of € 6.50 for each additional quarter hour.

What does deep cleaning include?
It goes beyond the tasks of standard cleaning. Its focus is on more thorough measures that require more effort, special equipment, or more effective cleaning agents. These include, among other things:
- Window cleaning: This involves detailed cleaning of windows and frames, both inside and out.
- Interior appliance cleaning: Thorough cleaning of ovens, range hoods, air conditioners (including filter cleaning), and refrigerators.
- Tile cleaning: Intensive cleaning of tiles and grout in kitchens and bathrooms.
- Cleaning behind radiators and furniture: This includes pulling out and thoroughly cleaning under and behind sofas, cabinets, and larger electrical appliances, among other things.

- € 29,00 per Person / hour
- We charge a flat rate of € 7.25 for each additional quarter hour.

Check-in and Check-out service
Our package includes the following services:
Check In
- Open the blinds before the guests arrive
- Air out the property
- Make fresh beds and place hand and bath towels
- Greet the guests and hand over the keys
- Provide a briefing (on the building's systems, etc.) through a joint tour of the property
- Agree on a check-out time
Check Out
- Check for satisfaction
- Receive all keys
- Perform a brief inspection (check for damage and completeness of the furnishings)
- Say goodbye to the guests
Check after departure of the holiday guests:
- Check all electrical appliances for functionality and safety.
- Check the number and condition of kitchen utensils.
Package price is individually agreed upon.
Other services
- Inspection during or after severe weather: We visually inspect your property, both inside and out, for any damage.
- We will clean your bed linen, towels, etc. upon request. Cleaning costs are calculated by weight. (Price per person/hour does not apply.)
- Shopping service: for groceries, furniture, and household appliances.
- On-site service: We are present for deliveries and visits from tradespeople, among others.
- Disposal services: garden waste, furniture, refrigerators, washing machines, etc.
- Pet care: Are you unable to care for your pet for a certain period of time? Do you want to avoid the stress of an unfamiliar environment and people (boarding kennel)? Upon request, we will care for your pets in your familiar home while you are away. We will feed and entertain them, and walk your dogs (all sizes and breeds). You decide how often and for how long. With us, your pets are in responsible, experienced hands. Of course, we can provide photos or video documentation of your arrival and departure, or of your animals, upon request.

Poolservice
The following services guarantee a well-maintained and clean pool for carefree swimming fun.
Pool Cleaning
- Includes thorough cleaning of the water surface, pool walls, and floor.
- Cleaning of skimmers and filters
Water Care
- Weekly testing of pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and salinity.
- Chemical treatment of the pool as needed for optimal water quality.
Technical Maintenance
- Testing and cleaning of the filter system.
- Checking of pumps, valves, and dosing systems.
- Timely detection and repair of defects.
For any modifications or repairs to your pool or pool equipment, we work with experienced and reliable partner companies.

- Mowing lawns
- Trimming hedges up to approximately 3 meters in height
- Replacing siphons/mixing taps
